Team Spotlight: Taylor Bailey Joins ATTUNE as Account Executive, Digital Lending & Onboarding

We are very excited to welcome sales pro Taylor Bailey to the ATTUNE team. Joining us from Nymbus, she brings a wealth of experience and deep connections within the banking and credit union communities. In fact, her nickname is ‘Fintech Taylor.’

Why did you join ATTUNE?
I joined ATTUNE because there is a massive opportunity for digital account opening/lending for community banks and credit unions at the moment. ATTUNE’s product is built by bankers, and is the real deal. The opportunity to add cross sell/upsell in the workflow lets the Financial Institution meet consumers where they’re at which ultimately creates a sticky relationship and keeps the Financial Institution top of wallet. 

What’s your main focus right now?
My main focus is sharing the story of ATTUNE with my existing network and driving growth for community banks and credit unions. 

What are some of the biggest challenges you predict in FinTech in the next 5 years?
I think we are going to continue to see consumers demand more from their Financial Institutions. Community Banks and credit unions need to evaluate their entire digital portfolio and decide if what they currently offer is supporting their mission and growth strategy. It’s easy to get caught up in all of the shiny new offerings, but if you aren’t able to provide and innovate your basic banking tools for your consumers, you are at risk of losing them.

What opportunities do you see for automation in FinTech?
We are all focused on how AI can make a lasting impact on Financial Institutions, but they need to make sure that their AI strategy is intentional, and aligned with their goals. Driving automation for community banks and credit unions lets them capitalize on their biggest asset, their people. Relationships are at the core of community banking, and giving the Financial Institution the time back to build and maintain those relationships will only allow them to thrive.

What goals do you have while at ATTUNE?
I’m looking forward to growing the ATTUNE brand and helping community banks and credit unions along the way. I believe in true partnership beyond closing a deal. By holding ourselves accountable for the success of our clients, we can work towards creating ambassadors for ATTUNE. That is the type of relationship I look to build with my clients.

I’m obsessed with F45 Training, and I had the opportunity to represent my home studio at the F45 Global Brand Shoot earlier this year. You might see me in their ads at F45 studios all over the world!
